“Recorded live in the studio during a demo session on The Death Ship (Waverley Rd ABC MSO Studio) 1990 by Phil McKellar. Another over-nighter high on Jolt Cola, (all the sugar and twice the caffeine!) and probably on stolen time. The original borrowed multi-track and the 1/4 inch stereo master were taped over and lost before Pray was ever digitised. We thought we’d never see or hear it again.

This recording is from an ancient, unmarked TDK C60 cassette! Before mixing, Phil output a quick ‘car stereo listener’ for Jonny; just dropping it onto whatever was there on the old TDK already. 30 years lost in a shoe box later... our Pray demo has been rescued and digitised from the unmarked cassette by Ritchie Helmer and mastered by Nick Larkins. Thanks guys, we owe you”.
