Tlot Tlot are Owen Bolwell and Stanley Paulzen.

Toulouse was written, recorded and produced by Tlot Tlot at 001 studios, Carlton sometime in 1995, 96 or 97. This is probably version 20 of this song which is why I can't pinpoint the exact date. Toulouse and an album's worth of songs were recorded around the same time and were slated for release after the success of the girlfriend song. However, due to the success of Merrill Bainbridge and Owen's significant involvement in that, the project stalled and we both moved on to different things.
